Job Description


Job Responsibilities

Provides administrative support for the following departments: Marketing & Communications, Institutional Effectiveness & Research, the CCTC Foundation and the VP for Institutional Advancement. Support includes digital and phone correspondence, records control/document management, review of faculty credentialling folders. Assists the Vice President and Directors with calendar management, travel reservations and documentation, special events, surveys and submits/tracks work orders. Coordinates and prepares for Foundation Board meetings by compiling, publishing and distributing meeting packets, orders meals, records minutes. Keeps Foundation members informed of special events at the College. Completes a variety of letters and mailings from the division annually. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor\'s degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
