Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and maintain client and employee records in compliance with DHSR requirements. Assist with licensure and certification processes, renewals, and audits. Handle scheduling, payroll documentation, and time tracking. Prepare reports, correspondence, and billing documentation. Maintain confidentiality of client and employee information. Support recruitment and onboarding of new caregivers and CNAs. Coordinate communication with the owner, staff, and state agencies.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of experience in

home healthcare administration

or a related healthcare administrative role. Strong understanding of

DHSR rules, NC Medicaid, and NCTracks

preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare software systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Preferred:



Experience with billing, payroll, and scheduling systems. Familiarity with non-medical home care operations and compliance.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 per week

Work Location: In person
