Responsilbe for assisting the Transportaton department by completing various data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigning vendor-purchased parts to work orders, assigning PO#s to outside vendor repairs, closing out work orders and building weekly reports on employee production. Manage the PM schedule in Samsara and monitor DVIRs for Northern Indiana fleet. Monitor the Federal inspection due list, including communicating with lead techs to ensure getting DOT completed on time. Monitor and manager administrative taks for multiple vendor webistes. Work with Accounting to ensure all transportation invoices are paid promptly.



Qualifications:

Required

Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment. Working knowledge of MicroSoft programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, with attention to details. Comfortable using or learning online systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or equipment inspection a plus. Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications or online tracking systems. Basic mechanical aptitude
