Performs a variety of administrative support functions for the Director of Human Resources.


This position is full-time, on-site, non-exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $26.00-$39.00/hourly. Responsibilities:

  • Performs secretarial and clerical support for the Director of Human Resources
  • Maintains departmental files and records in a readily retrievable system.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of PC and word processing systems, typing and other computer program skills.
  • Transcribes correspondence, types policies and procedures, memos, reports, budgets and other materials required for the Director and/or assigned staff in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Formats work in a neat and professional manner; demonstrates proper spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Demonstrates competent composure of correspondence; thoroughly proofreads all documents prior to Director\xe2\x80\x99s review and signature.
  • Answers telephones, directs calls to appropriate individuals or departments; records and conveys clear messages and prioritizes incoming calls for the Director.
  • Schedules, coordinates and maintains appointments for the Director, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinates and provides travel and lodging arrangements as requested.
  • Schedules meetings as directed; notifies appropriate personnel; attends meetings, records and transcribes
    accurate meeting minutes in a timely manner.
  • Provides back up telephone support and secretarial support for Administrator, Directors and Managers.
  • Performs a variety of general clerical support functions to ensure the smooth flow of work within the office.

Minimum:
  • COVID-19 vaccination and booster shot
  • Sr level direct support experience as an Administrative Assistant

Preferred:
  • 3+ years of admisitrative experience in a healthcare setting
