We are a small Tax & Financial Planning firm close to Ala Moana Shopping Center.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, great phone skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
Answer phone calls.
Provide administrative support to the President.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
Perform data entry tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with other duties as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
