, is looking to fill an administrative assistant position. The employee will work together with our office team to schedule, monitor and verify client/caregiver visits on our visit maintenance software.
This is a job for someone who garners strong communication and planning skills as well as the ability to think critically to solve problems effectively and swiftly with the ever-changing nature of caregiver work schedules. Moderate computer skills is needed.
Responsibilities:
Understand and adhere to the established Maxicare-Link policies and procedures* Coordinate with our scheduler with daily or weekly inputs onto visit maintenance software
Enter scheduling data to our visit maintenance software and update the commuication log on our offline calendar system
Consistently update scheduling data
Collaborate with team to resolve discrepancies that arise with realized services versus scheduled services
Process client intake, including completion and filing of all necessary records
Inform the proper supervisor/manager before approving or refusing any client intake referral
Communicate via work phone and/or email effectively with Maxicare Hilo staff and the appropriate outsourced departments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
Perform any minor clerical tasksassigned by on-site manager
Requirements and Competencies:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Understanding of basic computer functions and how to perform them (typing, accessing files, connecting printer, etc.)
Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based environment
