Administrative Assistant
to support our HR and payroll functions while working closely with our administrative team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, filling gaps where needed, and collaborating across departments.
What You'll Do
Assist with HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and day-to-day employee support.
Support payroll processing by gathering, entering, and verifying employee time and related data.
Serve as a point of contact for employees with basic HR and payroll questions.
Enter and maintain job information in Sage and other internal systems.
Coordinate with HR, payroll, safety, and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel and administrative records.
Assist with compliance documentation and audits as needed.
Provide general administrative support to multiple departments as required.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative, HR assistant, or payroll support role preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Comfortable working with payroll data, HRIS systems, and accounting or job-cost software (Sage experience is a plus).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to jump in and assist across administrative functions as needed.
