Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Florence, SC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining effective communication, and supporting executives with organizational needs. Daily duties include handling phone calls, maintaining clerical accuracy, and ensuring seamless operational support to team members.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage and organize day-to-day office operations Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting leadership and coordinating executive tasks Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally and effectively Proficiency in organizational tools and software is a plus Detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities Prior experience in a professional office setting is advantageous
