Job Description

The Administrative Assistant provides varied administrative assistance to the Fire Department and its staff. Responsibilities include clerical work, producing documents and communicating with the public and other City employees. Specific responsibilities depend upon the Department to which the employee is assigned.

Qualifications




High School Diploma or the equivalent Two (2) years administrative support experience

Special Requirements




This position may require attendance at pre-scheduled monthly meetings that occur in the evening hours.
