At WillowTrust Wealth Management, our passion is helping our clients achieve financial well-being. We believe in working as a team and applying our collective expertise so that our clients don't spend their retirements worrying about money. We are looking for an experienced, top-notch individual with administrative and office skills who can be the right hand of our founder. If you're intelligent, driven, and have an incredible work ethic and attitude, we offer a friendly, dynamic team environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will provide a blend of Administrative Assistant, Office support, marketing support, and personal assistant to our founder and advisory team. Our founder is a natural marketer: extremely detail oriented, organized, committed to excellence and focused on building a great work culture in our office. To succeed in this position, you will need to apply good judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills in order to juggle multiple schedules, projects and priorities while paying attention to details.
In addition, your regular responsibilities will include the following and more: ensuring office administration runs smoothly by providing exceptional administrative support to our founder; handling all office-administrative tasks; coordinating with outside vendors and consultants; coordinating schedules and plans for meetings, conferences and travel; and supporting client service and operations as needed.
You will also communicate with potential clients regarding firm services; assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans; manage the prospecting process from initiation to close; and coordinate speaking engagements, presentations and client events.
