Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Fergus Falls, Minnesota
Description:

Everyone has an important role in accomplishing these objectives! In the Administrative Assistant role, you'll support the project needs within the Project Management department. Day to day, that might include:

• Support departmental and project needs by coordinating meetings, schedules and communications between team members as well as managing expense reports
• Collaborate with consultants to identify, research and interpret information
• Create and distribute regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports and meetings notes
• Contribute information and updates to project management dashboard

• Experience working with and deep knowledge of Microsoft's suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.
• A two-year degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• The expected base compensation for this role is $36,000 - $48,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
