We are a mid-size company of four dealerships in Snohomish and King County. This is a great opportunity for someone who has basic knowledge of the car industry and has the desire to grow and be a part of a fast-paced environment! We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and help out where needed!
This position will be full-time and candidates must be willing to travel to all dealerships. We will work together to create a schedule that best fits the needs of everyone upon hire.
Your responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple dealerships as well as the admin office and Office Manager.
Shipping and receiving, mail collection scanning and distribution, ordering and restocking supplies.
Support our accounting and titles team members as necessary.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as directed by the Office Manager.
Position will be responsible for a pick-up/delivery route between four dealerships and financial institutions; MUST be comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
Additional duties possible at discretion of Office Manager
Your qualifications
1+ years working in a dealership administrative support role.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record a MUST
Must be proficient with Word and Excel..
Detail oriented and ability to follow through on tasks.
Well organized in a highly multitasked environment.
Team player in a distributed multi-site team environment.
Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with great follow through.
