Lundy Law is currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant - Entry Level. The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in our daily operations, handling a spectrum of office and clerical responsibilities. They are integral to the seamless functioning of our firm, contributing significantly to the overall success and support of various business activities.

While you may already be familiar with the standard responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant, our position at Lundy Law offers a unique and enriching experience. At our firm, you\'ll have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into our core values and work closely with the Operations team to foster your personal and professional growth.

The Breakdown

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including, email, fax, mail, and packages
  • Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.
  • Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
  • Supporting staff with various administrative tasks
  • Assisting with hand deliveries which require travel to, but are not limited to: Banks, Attorney offices, courthouse, City Hall, UPS, etc.
  • Transporting mail from suite to building lobby at 3pm daily
  • Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate department
  • Manage all reception responsibilities when performing reception backup.
  • Coordinating zoom meetings for staff
  • Ordering food for in office events
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including responsibilities such as tidying up and managing coffee station.

Skills And Qualifications
  • This is a full-time, on-site role located at our Philadelphia office.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational aptitude and the capability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
