We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Maintain organized electronic filing systems electronic to ensure easy access to important documents.
Provide general office support including data entry, clerical tasks, and other administrative duties as required.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
