Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, managing communication, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with office management tools such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and team members. Responsibilities



Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with basic bookkeeping responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining office cleanliness Support personal assistant tasks including travel arrangements, event planning, and correspondence management Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to office policies and procedures

Experience



Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred, ideally in an office or medical reception setting such as dental or medical receptionist roles Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed and accuracy along with good proofreading skills Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities Bilingual abilities are considered a strong asset for effective communication across diverse populations Familiarity with office management systems, calendar management, data entry, filing, and general clerical duties is essential
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
