Position: Administrative Assistant
Location:
Eden Prairie / Twin Cities region
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (day shift)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in administrative, office, or healthcare support role
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
Managing calendars, appointments, and communications for executives
Coordinating staff schedules across departments
Answering phones, emails, and routing inquiries to the right team
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and documents
Supporting HR onboarding and compliance tasks
Organizing digital and physical files
Completing data entry in the Olidia EMR and Google Workspace
Assisting with department operations (billing, intake, outreach, staffing)
Providing customer service to clients, families, and partner agencies
Maintaining office supply inventory and office organization
You will be the organizational backbone of our operation -- accuracy and reliability are essential.
Requirements
1+ year administrative experience (healthcare preferred but NOT required)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email communication
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional, dependable, and highly organized
Ability to pass DHS background study

Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare office experience (home health, assisted living, pharmacy, or clinic)
Customer service background
Experience using EMRs or scheduling systems
Professional phone etiquette
Multilingual applicants encouraged (Somali, Oromo, Spanish, Hmong, French, etc.)
