Responsibilities



Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries promptly and directing calls accurately using phone etiquette standards Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date Utilize computer skills to prepare documents, proofread correspondence, and manage schedules using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Oversee calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events; coordinate logistics as needed Handle office management tasks such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support Assist with bookkeeping activities Support clerical functions such as proofreading documents, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and filing important records Provide personal assistant support when required, including task prioritization and time management assistance Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role; previous dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous Personal assistant or office management experience preferred but not required Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times

Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
