About Us



The Christian Singles Hub is a growing organization dedicated to helping Christian singles connect in meaningful, faith-centered ways. We are looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant who can deliver excellent customer service while also supporting our social media presence.

Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service (Primary Role)



Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and social media Respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with account or service questions Maintain a positive, professional, and faith-centered tone in all interactions Document customer communications and follow up as needed

Administrative Support



Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and reminders Organize digital files and maintain accurate records Support daily operational tasks as needed Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, or updates

Social Media Support



Help create and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Respond to comments and messages Assist with capturing content (photos, videos) Monitor engagement and suggest improvements

Qualifications



Experience in customer service or administrative support Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with email, calendars, and basic office software Familiarity with social media platforms Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Alignment with Christian values and our mission

Preferred Skills (Not required)



Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools Content creation for business accounts Light graphic design or copywriting abilities

Schedule



Part-time that could lead to full time Hybrid Position. Remote but there may be times when you will have to meet with our founder and CEO
