As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing documentation, and providing customer service in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities



? Manage and file physical and digital documents.
? Answer phone calls and emails, providing administrative support.
? Coordinate schedules, meetings, and task follow-ups.
? Assist in preparing reports and controlling information.

Requirements



? Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions.
? Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email).
? Excellent organizational skills, communication, and attention to detail.
? Education: High school diploma (minimum).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 per hour
