We're seeking a positive, detail-oriented, and dependable team member who will support our attorneys and staff with a wide range of administrative and legal assistant tasks. This includes confidential client work, managing day-to-day office needs, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our team and clients. Responsibilities: Client Interaction & Support o Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy o Conduct client intake to ensure a smooth and welcoming first impression o Attend client meetings as needed, taking detailed and accurate notes o Communicate with clients and third parties, offering timely and compassionate support Document & Case Management o Draft estate planning documents, memoranda, and correspondence o Organize and maintain confidential client asset information and files o Scan, track, and manage signed documents Legal & Administrative Tasks o Serve as a witness for client signings and act as a notary o Submit court filings using the electronic filing system o Schedule and confirm client appointments o Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as needed Qualifications: o High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred o Ability to work both independently (following established systems and procedures) and under close supervision when needed, always maintaining strict client confidentiality o Strong communication skills, both verbal and written o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite o Exceptional attention to detail in drafting documents, verifying information, and following up on missing items o Service-minded, team-oriented, and compassionate in working with clients o 2 years of experience in a professional office environment.
