Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will serve as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and quality. Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries in a professional manner. Able to recruit and onboarding Maintain office organization through effective office management practices, including filing systems and inventory management. Utilize Connecteam Application tools for scheduling, communication, and collaboration with team members. (Will Train) Assist in customer support by addressing client inquiries and providing necessary information. Operate phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Support personal assistant duties as needed, including calendar management and appointment scheduling. Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance workflow and productivity.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications. Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential. Experience as a medical receptionist or in customer support is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
