We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate full mastery of both English and Spanish, written and spoken, and must currently reside in Puerto Rico.
The Administrative Assistant will provide broad support across daily operations, team coordination, and process management. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings and events, preparing agendas and minutes, and assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting. The role also supports onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth communication and logistics during their first days. Additional duties include maintaining office supplies, coordinating purchases, and assisting with internal systems related to procurement and approvals. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Sciences or Office Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience as a project secretary or document control specialist in construction projects
Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong team collaboration skills
Excellent meeting transcription and communication abilities
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
