Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations and compliance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records, managing manifests, and ensuring all activities follow OMMA and Metrc standards.

Key Responsibilities

o Create and manage invoices, manifests, and Metrc entries o Maintain organized digital and physical files o Assist with compliance reporting and OMMA documentation o Schedule and coordinate internal tasks and communication o Support management with daily administrative operations o Communicate with vendors, transporters, and staff professionally

Requirements

? OMMA Credential required (or must obtain before hire) ? Metrc experience required (inventory & manifest management) ? Strong computer skills (Excel, QuickBooks, or similar software) ? Excellent organization and communication skills ? Knowledge of OMMA compliance rules and procedures ? Reliable, professional, and detail-focused
