Job Description

A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its advisors and operations team. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing administrative support to advisors and the operations team
Managing calendars, correspondence, and client documentation
Assisting with data entry, recordkeeping, and internal reports
Coordinating meetings and maintaining organized digital files
Supporting daily office operations and client service tasks
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Prior bookkeeping experience preferred
Flexible hours: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM
Salary : $67k - 70k/Year
