Position Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant, with 3-5 years experience, to support our financial advisor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities



Manage client scheduling and appointment confirmations Prepare and organize client files and documentation Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records Support compliance and administrative tasks Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a Financial Advisor office is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
