Overview


We are seeking detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. We are a busy Electrical Contractor and need help with answering phones, complete PDF forms, type letters, and assist with scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, be professional with customer service, and be bilingual.

Duties



Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Provide customer support via phone and in person, ensuring excellent service standards Assist with clerical tasks

Qualifications



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong computer literacy and familiarity with multi-line phone systems Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities Personal assistant experience or office experience involving calendar management is desirable

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
