highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, including management, sales, and production.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.
Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
Order office supplies and manage vendor communications as needed.
Help with invoicing, billing, or basic bookkeeping tasks (if applicable).
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
