Administrative Assistant

About the Role



The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our internal team, manage daily office tasks, and assist with communication, scheduling, and document management. This is an in-office role requiring strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed Assist with onboarding tasks, data entry, and record updates Coordinate office supplies and vendor communication Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members Help ensure daily office operations run efficiently

Qualifications



Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with basic computer programs (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism High attention to detail and strong follow-through Reliable attendance and the ability to work on-site in Allentown, PA
