We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for our office located in Auburn GA.
General Responsibilities
1. Inside sales support
A. Sales Process order
B. Submitting purchase orders to factory
C. Supplying customers with delivery acknowledgements
D. Preparing non-technical quotation
E. Track and controlling Inventory
2. General Office
A. Phones
B. Maintain all files
a. A/R
b. A/P
c. Customer
d. Technical
C. Produce price sheets
D. Maintain and order Catalogs Supplies
E. General data entry
F. Other task as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX helpful but not required
  • Bi-Lingual helpful but must be proficient in written and verbal English
