Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant serves as a central point of coordination for MTI LLC's real estate, hotel, and short-term rental portfolio. You will support ownership, property operations, tenants, guests, and vendors while helping keep projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This is a high-visibility role with direct access to ownership and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, guests, vendors, and internal staff
Organize and maintain property files, business records, and project documentation
Track projects, work orders, deliveries, and vendor schedules
Real Estate, Hotel & Short-Term Rental Support
Communicate with tenants and short-term rental guests regarding needs and requests
Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and basic lease administration
Support daily operations across residential units, hotels, and STRs
Field & Logistics
Conduct mobile site visits to verify material deliveries, equipment rentals, and vendor work
Confirm job progress, site readiness, and report issues to ownership
Owner Support
Assist ownership with weekly priorities, task tracking, and follow-ups
Ensure assignments are completed accurately, on time, and to standard
Who We're Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Reliable transportation for site visits
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Professional, calm, and solution-oriented
Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, or short-term rentals is a plus -- but not required. We value reliability, ownership, and attention to detail.
