```Duties```


- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with day-to-day operations
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Manage office files and maintain organized filing systems
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Assist with event planning and coordination

-Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace

-Assist with filing, document management, and other general office tasks

- Excellent proofreading skills and strong written communication abilities
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone systems
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with order entry systems is desirable

Energetic and proactive attitude

with a strong sense of initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
