We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and office management skills, with experience in customer service, data entry, and various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and courtesy
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently and provide excellent customer support
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office tools
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using state of the art software
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including basic invoicing and expense tracking
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Manage correspondence via email and phone, ensuring proper phone etiquette
Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, document organization, and file maintenance
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including personal assistant duties when required
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
Strong computer literacy with excellent typing speed and accuracy
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members
Previous office management or clerical experience is highly desirable
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is advantageous
Knowledge of calendar management and appointment scheduling tools
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently

Pay: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour
