What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

Convergint's greatest strength is our people! Provide general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field. Responsible for answering phone, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, arranging events and other projects as assigned. Responsibilities may also include assisting with accounting/bookkeeping duties. Prepares a variety of reports, analyzes data, creates job files, identifies, and recommends solutions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need

Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Customer service oriented.

Requirements:

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience



Preferred Experience: (but not required):


1-3 years of hospitality, administration, or basic office functions
