What You'll Do

As an Administrative Accounting Clerk supporting our Breeder Production team, you'll play a key role in keeping our accounting and administrative processes running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where accuracy and organization matter just as much as teamwork. This position is based at our

Liverpool Breeder Office

, with occasional travel to our Fredericksburg location for training or meetings.

In this role, you will:

Collect, reconcile, and process breeder and pullet settlements, including miscellaneous grower payments Enter transactions, invoices, and inventory charge-outs in our live accounting system Maintain grower files, including agreements, certifications, and other documentation Prepare and track reports, databases, and spreadsheets for compliance and performance Manage supply ordering, delivery receiving, and support producer scheduling Collaborate closely with the Breeder Manager and production staff to keep operations efficient and organized

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED required One year of accounting or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general database software Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative mindset with strong communication and follow-through
