Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and helping the plant function efficiently. You will work closely with management, engineers, and operations staff to keep the office and plant processes organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and plant support tasks
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel as needed
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
Maintain organized records, files, and safety/compliance documents
Assist in onboarding new staff and training support as needed
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication
Support regulatory, safety, and operational documentation requirements
Qualifications:
Proven administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Experience with compliance documentation or chemical industry operations is a plus
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
