POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for doing the paperwork, answering phones, greeting customers and some counter sales. This level supports 1 location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service while sensitive to their needs. Adheres to and supports safe work practices and Commercial Tire's safety guidelines and standards. Answers the phone promptly and works with customers on counter sales. Quote prices in response to customer requests in store and online. Greets customers as they come in. Light bookkeeping, data entry, end of days, enter tickets, mail, etc. Shuttle and/or customer courtesy driver. Assist with inventory. Clean-up office and waiting area, coffee making, popcorn, and related. Product pick-up/delivery. Notifies customer on special order follow-up. Recommend additional preventative services to customers. Actively participates in training and development opportunities. Maintain a clean and neat work area. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS - Unless indicated otherwise, these are required.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 6 Months related experience. Valid Driver's License and Insurable Driving Record * Regular attendance and punctuality are required and are an essential job function.
