Responsibilities:
Answer phones, emails, and greet visitors
Schedule caregiver shifts and maintain calendars
Organize office supplies and track inventory
Assist with HR paperwork and compliance
Data entry and record keeping
Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers
Handle on-call responsibilities occasionally
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Previous administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of home care or healthcare industry is a plus
Benefits:
