Assist With:
Payroll and HR which includes the following:
- Certified payroll; payroll review; child support payment; garnishments; 941; 940; EFTPS Payments; workers comp; FDOT physical tracking; MVR's; OSHA; FMLA, etc...
- Assist in coordinating the benefits annual open enrollment.
- Update and improve employee handbook and all forms contained in our hire pack as needed.
- New hires; video, drug screens, jacket, reporting, etc...
- Assist with annual pre-qualification as required
- EEO - Compliance, reports, contacts on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Update employee master records for new hires or for other changes (CDL, certifications, etc...)
- Perform any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified duty that may be needed from time to time as directed by CFO.
- Assist new job set-up in customized computer program.
REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: Diploma required
- EXPERIENCE: Related HR experience a plus
- SKILLS: Business writing ability. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Bilingual is a plus.
- LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: PHR Certification is a plus. Valid driver's license required.
This person will work in the corporate office in Tampa.
Pay commensurate with experience.
