Pay: $2500 per 16 week course (833.33 per credit hour) for courses with 7-20 enrollments. Pay rate may vary for low or high enrolled courses.

Job Summary:
The Education Department at Columbia College seeks an adjunct instructor within the Day program for the Fall 2026 semester (From 8/31/2026 to 12/19/2026) to teach Education and Child Development courses in the BS Child Development program. Specific courses include CDEV 316: Engaging Families as Educational Partners and EDUC 353: Administration of Early Childhood Programs. These are in-seat synchronous courses taught during the day at the main campus in Columbia, Missouri.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate hours in qualifying fields, including Child Development and Education, that provides foundation in specific field being taught. College teaching experience preferred. Graduate Transcripts must be submitted with application materials. Please submit an application and CV that includes teaching experience and degree information.
