Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the acute rehabilitation unit Monitor patient progress and provide individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Educate patients and families about recovery and rehabilitation Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Current BCLS certification Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or multistate compact license eligible to practice in Iowa Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills
