Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Educate patients and families on recovery, health management, and discharge planning Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program Current Iowa Registered Nurse license or a multistate nursing license allowing practice in Iowa Current Basic Cardiovascular Life Support BCLS certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Commitment to compassionate patient-centered care
