Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Administer medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis treatment and self-care
- Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatment
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems - Ensure proper airway management during dialysis treatments
- Participate in discharge planning and coordination of care for patients transitioning to home or other healthcare settings

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a dialysis setting
- Proficient in medication administration and management
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Ability to lift and transfer patients safely

Experience with Fresenius Machines is preferred.

Benefits Explained:

Annual Raises- Our annual raises are far beyond industry standards to keep up with inflation. Our annual raises range from 4%-9% annually. 401K with 4% company match. Health Insurance Dental Insurance (Employer Paid) Vision Insurance.

PTO Plan:

Year 1: 165 hours

Year 3: 190 hours

Year 5: 200 hours

Sick Time:

Year 1

:

40 hours

Year 2:50 hours

Year 5:60 hours

Sick time and PTO can be used at anytime for any reason.
