Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care to adults in Med Tele and Medical Surgical units Assess patient conditions and implement individualized nursing care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing required An active Arizona Registered Nurse license is required Minimum one to two years of experience in acute care or medical-surgical nursing
