Attunement Wellness is an integrative medical wellness clinic offering massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other holistic modalities. We serve diverse patients, including professional athletes, weekend warriors, chronic pain patients, post-MVA rehabilitation cases, fertility support & GI disorders. Our clinic environment is collaborative, evidence-based, and deeply patient-centered.

We are the Official Acupuncturists for the Portland Winterhawks (Rosebuds) Dance Team!*

Job Type:



Employee (W-2) 20-32 hours per week.

Healthcare benefits for full-time = 32 hours a week*
Multiple rooms

Pay:



Per patient $18/hour for non-patient clinic tasks, marketing, and "together" pop-up events. Quarterly performance bonuses are available with monthly metrics provided.

Scheduled Half-Day Shifts:



9am- 2pm and 2:30pm-7:30 pm

Two shifts 9-2, two shifts 2:30-7:30pm

Multiple rooms to see more than one patient an hour


Required Licenses/Certifications:



Active Oregon Acupuncture License Malpractice Insurance NCCAOM certification Other Acupuncture modality certifications - (Sports Medicine preferred)

Ideal Experience & Skills:



TCM, general well-being, fertility, headaches, GI, sports injuries and pain management Experience in a clinical,

orthopedic/sports medicine,

physical therapy, or medical massage setting Preference to LAC who has certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture and completed Whitfield Reaves training. Proficient understanding of anatomy, treatment planning & herbs Experience in SOAP note-taking documentation and treatment planning within a medical setting Clear, professional communicator Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow Committed to long-term employment and high standards of care Professional, "can-do" attitude with a hospitality spirit to match our patient-centered culture. Comfortable treating multiple patients within a shift. Receives feedback well and is willing to learn. Preference goes to the candidate who is already credentialed with most insurance carriers, and meets our culture requirements.
