Schedule & Commitment

3 days weekly, up to 12 hours total (preferred Mon/Wed/Fri, 1-5 PM).

Position Overview:

Replications Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and skilled

Activity Specialists

with experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

STEAM

English Language Arts

Fitness/Yoga

Dance

Robotics

Chorus

Music

Drama

Puppetry

Visual Arts

Video Production

Candidates must enjoy working with elementary and/or middle school students and collaborating with school staff. Activity Specialists will design and facilitate engaging, project-based learning experiences. This is a

part-time, temporary position,

and staff may work at multiple sites based on program needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans for Grades 3K-5 or 6-8 Facilitate engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences Collaborate with partner teachers on planning and instruction Blend arts-based and project-based learning Travel to program sites as needed
Qualifications

Working toward or holding a Bachelor's degree (arts, education, or related field preferred) Minimum one year of experience working with school-age children Classroom or activity instruction experience strongly preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Experience working in urban school settings preferred Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Passionate about high-quality youth development Reliable, reflective, and collaborative team member

Pay: $20.00 - $26.50 per hour
