About the Role:

Missoula Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate, community-minded individuals to join our Activities team as volunteers.

This is an unpaid volunteer position.

It's a great opportunity for anyone looking to give back, connect with their community, or gain experience for future careers in healthcare, education, social work, or occupational/physical therapy. Whether you can volunteer a few hours a week or more, your time will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Visits residents one-on-one to provide: + Friendly companionship.
+ Sensory stimulation.
+ Reality orientation.
+ Personalized support based on individual Activity Plan.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of activities. Engage residents in arts and crafts, games, music, and other recreational programs. Notify residents and staff about upcoming activities. Help transport residents to and from activity areas in collaboration with nursing staff.

No prior experience is necessary--just a caring attitude and a willingness to make a positive impact.
