Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a

creative and compassionate Activities Aide

to join our team! In this role, you'll help plan and lead fun, meaningful activities that enrich the daily lives of our residents.

What You'll Do

Plan and lead group and one-on-one activities based on residents' interests and abilities. Encourage participation and engagement to promote emotional and physical well-being. Deliver mail, flowers, and small items to residents--always with a friendly smile. Set up and organize activity rooms, supplies, and materials. Support a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all residents.

What We're Looking For

A

positive attitude

, creativity, and a genuine love for working with seniors.

Excellent communication skills

and a warm, caring personality. Experience in

long-term care or skilled nursing

is a plus, but not required. Reliability, teamwork, and a passion for improving quality of life.
