job summary:
This financial technology company is hiring an Active Directory Analyst to join in the maturation of their access administration practices. Looking for an IAM Team committed to enhancing processes and procedures that support automated access administration, single sign-on (SSO), directory services, technical integrations, and supporting behavioral analytics. Come lead by example and serve as a subject matter supporting IAM internal teammates.

This role will actively contribute to the IAM Program at the company, including identification and management of internal and external IAM risks and opportunities for improvement. Help us build a solid understanding of the importance and benefits of IAM to safely maintain and track access within the company environment. Be a proactive corporate citizen, accurately following access administration\'s latest security practices.

What you\'ll be doing (Job Duties & Responsibilities)

\xc2\xb7 Active Directory hygiene efforts and access reconciliation

\xc2\xb7 Designing new processes.

\xc2\xb7 Access administration in Active Directory with on-premise cloud-based applications.

\xc2\xb7 Support and follow IAM (Identity and Access Management) principals

\xc2\xb7 Partner with the User Access Certification & Governance team when needed, which may include providing audit evidence

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile and assess the quality of access administration tasks completed by the team

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate collaboration and leads multi-functional teams to drive projects to completion

\xc2\xb7 Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases for defect fixes, enhancements, and other critical initiatives

\xc2\xb7 Provide IAM process guidance and requirements, creates IAM solutions, collaborate with business partners and engineers, and create roles for application onboarding

\xc2\xb7 Inventory user access administration documentation and help create process documentation to manage access administration processes

What you will need to be successful (Skills, Knowledge, & Experience)

\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge of Active Directory User Accounts, Organization Units, Group Membership, Nested Groups, and Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online

\xc2\xb7 strong Excel skills

\xc2\xb7 PowerShell scripting

\xc2\xb7 Ability to influence others and engage in difficult conversations to maintain process and audit requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in end-user interaction in developing, documenting, and implementing business roles and procedures

\xc2\xb7 Identify issues, risks and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, engage others for support, and align or realign resolution responsibilities as needed.

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree, or the equivalent years\' related experience
