?Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development:
Design and lead engaging acting classes.

Student Mentorship:
Provide constructive, professional feedback to students of varying skill levels to help them grow their craft.

Classroom Management:
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional environment that encourages creative risk-taking.

Performance Evaluation:
Monitor student progress and suggest adjustments to curriculum to meet the needs of the cohort.

?Qualifications & Requirements

Industry Experience:
Any background in professional acting (Stage, Film, or TV) is highly preferred.

Communication:
Ability to articulate complex emotional and technical concepts to students clearly.

Reliability:
Since this is a 1-2 day per week commitment, consistency and punctuality are vital.
?Compensation & Terms

Rate:
$30-40 per hour (Rate agreed upon is based on experience level)
