Auto Service Business Development Representative Duties Include but are not limited to:

Respond to Acquisition leads promptly Answer incoming Acquisiton calls and schedule appointments Make outbound calls to customers to follow up with customer service and confirm service appointments Record and report issues to Acquisition Manager Ensure complete customer satisfaction everyday Maintain Acquisition reports and data entry Other duties as directed by the Acquisiton Manager
Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:

Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player Prior call center experience preferred. Must be computer literate High School Diploma or GED required Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings and some Saturdays
